Tarovia uses an anonymous Firebase identity for AI readings and subscription confirmation. No email registration is required. You can delete that identity and its server data from inside the app.

Delete from the app

1. Open Tarovia → Settings.
2. If you have Pro, manage or cancel your subscription in Google Play first if you no longer want it.
3. Choose Delete my data and confirm.
4. Tarovia clears your local journal, readings and preferences after confirmation. Keep the app online so it can also delete retained server readings, quota records and the old anonymous Firebase identity. If remote deletion cannot be confirmed, follow the on-screen guidance or contact support.

Continuing to use the app afterward creates a fresh anonymous identity. This deletion does not cancel, refund or erase a Google Play transaction.

If the app is unavailable

Email support@secondwindltd.xyz with the subject “Tarovia data deletion” and your anonymous user ID if you saved it. We will explain any verification needed and normally process a verified request within 30 days. Without that identifier or another reliable proof of control, we may be unable to identify anonymous server records safely. Local-only notes cannot be remotely accessed or deleted by us.

What is removed and retained

We delete identified server reading responses, request records, quota records and the anonymous Firebase account. A deletion marker prevents in-flight requests from recreating data. It expires after two days once the anonymous Firebase identity is deleted; if identity deletion fails, it remains until that deletion can be completed. RevenueCat and Google Play may retain transaction records required for billing, legal obligations or fraud prevention. AI providers may retain operational data under their own policies.
