These terms apply to Tarovia, provided by SECOND WIND LIMITED. By using Tarovia, you agree to these terms. Contact support@secondwindltd.xyz with questions.

A tool for reflection

Tarot interpretations and AI responses are for personal reflection and entertainment. They do not establish facts about another person, promise future events, or replace medical, mental-health, legal, financial or other professional advice. You remain responsible for your decisions. Tarovia is intended for adults aged 18 and over.

Free and Pro features

Daily draws, the 78-card library, one- and three-card local readings and the local journal are free. A free account may request one AI reading per UTC day. Pro supports five-card and Celtic Cross AI readings and up to ten AI readings per UTC day. Internet access is required for AI and billing. Availability may be affected by outages or provider limitations.

Subscriptions

Optional monthly and annual Pro subscriptions are sold through Google Play on Android. The app shows the current localized price, full billing period and any applicable offer before purchase. Payment is charged to your store account at confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically for the displayed period unless canceled through the store before renewal. Cancel or manage your subscription in your Google Play account; cancellation generally takes effect after the current paid period. Store refund policies and mandatory consumer rights apply.

No free trial is promised unless the selected store offer confirms one and you are eligible. Deleting Tarovia or its data does not cancel your subscription. Use Restore purchases to reconcile an existing purchase. Anonymous identity and local journals may not survive uninstalling the app; restore must be initiated under the purchasing store account.

Your content and privacy

You retain your rights to questions and journal notes. You authorize us and necessary processors to process information you explicitly submit for an AI reading to deliver that feature. Do not submit material you are not entitled to use, sensitive information about others, or unlawful or abusive content. See our Privacy Policy.

Artwork and app ownership

Historical Rider–Waite–Smith illustrations are credited to Pamela Colman Smith and A. E. Waite. The original Tarovia card back, interface, brand and written interpretations belong to SECOND WIND LIMITED or its licensors. Third-party notices are available on the artwork and sources page and in the app.

Availability and limits

We take reasonable care to provide the service, but AI may be inaccurate and the service may be interrupted. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not warrant uninterrupted access or suitability for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes non-waivable consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes and contact

We may improve the app or update these terms. Material changes will be communicated where appropriate. If you need help with access, purchases or data, contact support and include the app version and your anonymous user ID if available; never send payment-card details or passwords.
